Our “Destination Paradise” home has all the features you want for your vacation – 8 bedrooms that offers spectacular Gulf views, while also directly situated on a spring fed lake. This 8 bedroom 4,000+ square foot home is placed on a half acre lot complete with a 16’ x 37’ private pool and spa and oversized sun deck. You are directly across from the sugar white sands and emerald waters of Destin’s finest beaches.

“Destination Paradise” is located in the prestigious Destiny neighborhood that offers a large community pool, tennis court, and basketball. The neighborhood is gated, offering additional privacy and security for you and your family.

Travertine floors and granite throughout, newly furnished/fully renovated in August 2008. Floor plans are shown below - the first floor offers 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, expansive family room with a 50” plasma, and a laundry room with two oversized washer/dryer sets. The second floor is has 4 bedrooms (two master bedrooms, each with jacuzzi tubs and 40” Sony LCDs/Blu-ray players) and three bathrooms.
